Carmen Bella is the Head of Export Cable System at Ørsted, where they also serve as Project Manager for Pre-Asset Development of Offshore Windfarms and oversee Array Cable Execution Managers. Previously, Carmen was an Export Cable Scope Manager, Export Cable Engineer, and Junior High Voltage Export Cable Engineer at DONG Energy from 2017 to 2019. They started their career as an Offshore Wind Installation Programme Engineer at ScottishPower in 2015. Carmen holds a Master’s Degree in Offshore Renewable Energy and Environment from the University of Strathclyde and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València.
