Carolyn Garner

Carolyn Garner is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the UK Tax Manager at Atlas Copco since September 2018. Prior to this role, Carolyn has held the position of Lead Tax Specialist at Ørsted since May 2011, managing a diverse portfolio of group companies and focusing on advisory work, compliance, and tax risk management, with significant expertise in employment taxes. Carolyn also chaired the Pensions Governance Committee during this tenure. Earlier in Carolyn's career, a role as Tax Manager at Murco Petroleum Ltd spanned from June 2005 to May 2011. Academically, Carolyn Garner attained a Master’s degree from Newnham College, Cambridge in 1988, following an Honours degree in History from the same institution between 1982 and 1985.
