Carsten V. Steffensen

Carsten V. Steffensen is an experienced project and engineering manager in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Yard Project Manager for the Baltica 02 offshore substations at Ørsted since April 2020. Prior to this role, Carsten held various positions including Yard Project Manager/Deputy Package Manager for the Revolution 01 offshore substations and Electrical Engineering Manager for HVDC projects such as Coastal Wind Link and Ocean Wind 02. Carsten has extensive experience in offshore substations, having managed electrical engineering aspects for significant projects like Hornsea Project Two and Hornsea Project One. Additionally, time spent at SCANPRO A/S and DONG Energy, among other firms, further solidified Carsten's expertise in electrical engineering and project management in the wind energy domain. Carsten also holds Singapore LTVP and PLOC.
