Casper Lawaetz has extensive experience in project management and leadership within the IT and logistics sectors. At Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Casper served as Project Manager, overseeing strategic IT projects during Ørsted’s green energy transition. Subsequently, at Ørsted, Casper held multiple roles including Head of Collaboration Solutions and Head of Digital Workplace, where responsibilities included modernizing collaboration platforms and leading a large team on a significant budget to enhance digital operations. Prior experience also includes the role of Logistics Manager at ILVA, where Casper focused on developing logistics strategies and optimizing ERP systems for international expansion. Educational accomplishments include a Diploma in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and participation in Ørsted's Talent Program for Leaders, specializing in Organizational Leadership.
