Chelsea Nickles is an accomplished legal and business development professional with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director and Co-Head of Strategic Joint Ventures at Ørsted since November 2019, Chelsea holds a background in areas including renewable energy, mergers and acquisitions, and climate change regulation. Previous roles include Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel (Wind Power) at DONG Energy, as well as Energy and Projects Lawyer at Allen & Overy, where Chelsea developed a strong transactional practice focused on project finance and regulatory compliance.
