Chris Coats is an accomplished HSE leader currently serving as the Head of Regional QHSE Advisors for Ørsted in Europe. With extensive experience in offshore wind and construction, Chris has held various roles, including Offshore EHS Advisor for GE and HSE Engineer at DONG Energy. Prior to these positions, Chris served as a Royal Engineer in the British Army and worked in construction roles, starting as a carpenter. Chris has also pursued education in health and safety, obtaining multiple NEBOSH certifications and a foundation degree in Construction Management from the University of Cumbria.
