Chris Sadler is a highly experienced Engineer with over 30 years in offshore engineering and power generation. They began their career with a Marine Engineering Cadetship and served as an Engineering Officer on large container vessels for eight years. After nearly 13 years as a Shift Operations Engineer at a gas fired power station, Chris transitioned to offshore wind in 2012 as an Assistant Operations Manager for Dong Energy. They progressed to HSE Manager and later became a Project and Contractor Manager for Ørsted, currently serving as a Global Project Manager specializing in blade repairs and inspections. Chris holds an HND in Marine Engineering from South Tyneside College and has been married for over 25 years, raising two teenage children.
