Christian Goldbach is an experienced leader specializing in lean transformations and strategy deployment. They have held key positions, including VP cLEAN Partner at Novo Nordisk A/S and Operational Excellence Lead at Nordea. Christian's career also features roles in continuous improvement at Ørsted and coaching at Simpler Consulting. They obtained a BSc in Business Administration, Economics, and Japanese from Copenhagen Business School and trained as a Freight Forwarder at Roskilde Handelsskole. Currently, Christian focuses on building organizational capabilities through team collaboration and people development.
