Dan Sayle

Dan Sayle is currently the Director and Head of Predetermined Operations at Ørsted, where they are responsible for the safe and efficient execution of maintenance across a significant wind turbine portfolio. With a background in both wind and paper manufacturing, Dan has developed a strong technical foundation, having previously worked as an Electrical Technician at Kimberly-Clark and as a Turbine Technician at DONG Energy. Dan’s expertise in offshore wind operations has been further honed through roles in offshore supervision and operations management. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lancaster University and a Level 5 qualification in Organizational Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
