Daniel Sykes

Daniel Sykes is a People Data Architect at Ørsted, where they lead the development of People Analytics tools to support leadership in making data-driven decisions. They previously held roles in data analysis and engineering, leveraging their background in computational physics and extensive experience with large data sets for significant business outcomes. Daniel has also worked with BP as a Reservoir Engineer, contributing to projects in Angola and Azerbaijan. They earned a first-class honors degree in Physics with Theoretical Astrophysics from the University of Nottingham. Earlier, Daniel served as a Student Ambassador at their university, guiding prospective applicants through the admissions process.
