David Salmon

David Salmon is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Ørsted since June 2018, where David focuses on HR leadership in green energy production across multiple business units in the North of the UK. Prior to this role, David held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Milliken & Company from November 2008 to May 2018, overseeing HR for both the European Consultancy group and the European Floor Covering divisions. Earlier career experience includes HR Manager roles at Northern Foods and Viktor Achter Ltd. David holds a BA Hons in Business Studies and Post Graduate Diplomas in CIPD and Psychology from the University of Central Lancashire.
