David Wellard

David Wellard is currently the Head of Regulatory Affairs at Ørsted and serves as a Visiting Research Fellow at Goldsmiths, University of London. Previously, David held roles as a Managing Consultant at ESP Consulting and a Corporate Development and Strategy Project Manager at RWE npower. Before that, David worked at RWE as a Commodity Management Risk Analyst and as a Commercial Analyst at RWE Innogy UK Ltd. David earned a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Warwick.
