Deborah Henry

Deborah Henry is an accomplished professional in the fields of real estate and project development, currently serving as the Head of Real Estate for North America Offshore Wind at Ørsted since March 2020 while also holding the position of Project Development Director at Ørsted - Offshore North America. Deborah has been an Adjunct Professor at Hagerstown Community College since January 2016 and previously worked as Director of Development Diligence and Asset Management at Choice Hotels International from May 2016 to March 2020. A former paralegal with Clifford, Debelius, Bonifant, Fitzpatrick & Hyatt for over two decades, Deborah holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
