Deepak Nair is an accomplished electrical engineer with over 13 years of experience in the energy industry. Currently serving as the HVDC Control & Protection Systems Lead at Ørsted, Deepak leads a team focused on the technical review and approval processes for the Hornsea 3 offshore windfarm project. Prior to this role, Deepak worked at Siemens as a Lead Engineer, overseeing HVDC projects and ensuring the timely delivery of technical documentation. Deepak also gained valuable experience as a Testing Engineer at Sikraft Infotech Pvt Ltd. and earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from SIGCOE/Mumbai University.
