Dhruti Shah

Dhruti Shah is currently the Head of US IT CC at Ørsted, where they lead teams in the IT sector with a focus on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. With over a decade of experience, Dhruti has previously held roles including Senior Manager at Capgemini and Information Technology Delivery Manager at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Their educational background includes a Master's degree from New York University in Biomedical/Medical Engineering & Information Technology, as well as ongoing studies toward a Bachelor of Science in Instrumentation Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Dhruti is dedicated to driving process improvements and fostering innovation within collaborative environments.
