Dorthe Wøldike

Dorthe Wøldike is the Director and Head of Project Scope, Planning, and Integration Management at Ørsted, bringing over a decade of experience in project controls and leadership. They currently oversee five departments focused on integration, scope, schedule, risk, and resource management, driving structured planning and execution in alignment with Ørsted's global energy initiatives. Dorthe previously held roles as IT Project Manager at Radiometer Medical and Eurocom, and served in various senior positions at DONG Energy and Ramboll, where they specialized in project controls and resource management. Known for adaptability and clarity, they foster high-performing international teams to achieve impactful results.
