Ellen Crivella

Ellen Crivella is an accomplished international renewable energy executive with over 20 years of experience in project development and optimization. They began their career as a John Glenn Fellow at the US EPA Division of Wetlands, where they created a wetland policy matrix in response to a Supreme Court decision. Ellen has held pivotal roles at several companies, including serving as a scientist at CH2M HILL, where they focused on wind energy facility licensing and environmental impact assessments. Currently, they are the Head of Permitting, Environmental and Marine Affairs at Ørsted, after previously serving as Senior Vice President at DNV. Ellen holds a Master’s in Energy Law from Vermont Law and Graduate School and completed a program on Leading Digital Transformation at INSEAD.
