Gesine Mannel

Gesine Mannel currently serves as the Head of Leadership, Learning & Onboarding at Ørsted since February 2023. Prior to this role, Gesine Mannel spent nearly a decade at Danfoss, where titles included Head of Learning and Development, HR Business Partner for Danfoss Group IT, and HR Director for Talent Management. Experience also includes positions at Bombardier Transportation as a Talent Development Expert and Specialist in Talent Management from November 2007 to February 2013, as well as a consultancy role at Vogler Hamburg from August 2005 to November 2007. Initial roles included an internship at Volksfürsorge in 2004 and student work at Bombardier Transportation between 2002 and 2004. Gesine Mannel holds a Diplom in Education with a focus on Andragogy from Freie Universität Berlin, completed between 1999 and 2004.
