Hannah Griffiths Acipp

Hannah Griffiths ACIPP is an accomplished professional in the field of people services and payroll management, currently serving as the Head of Global People Services at Ørsted since July 2020. Prior to this role, Hannah held the position of Global Programme Manager at Pearson from May 2013 to July 2020, where responsibilities included change impact analysis and deployment plans for Finance, HR & Payroll transitions, along with leading the development of change management strategies and communications. Additionally, during tenure at Pearson, Hannah worked as the Associate Payroll and Pensions Leader, managing payroll and pension operations for approximately 60,000 global employees. Educational achievements include a CIMA Cert BA in Finance and Financial Management Services, a Diploma in Payroll Management and Sage 50 Accounting, as well as a Business and Finance BA (Hons) from Anglia Ruskin University.
