Hayes Framme

Hayes Framme is currently the Head of Growth and New Markets at Ørsted, where they manage a team focused on government affairs for renewable energy projects across the United States. Previously, they served as the Deputy Secretary in the Commonwealth of Virginia, overseeing commerce and trade initiatives, and developed significant energy policy frameworks. Hayes has also held roles such as Public Affairs Manager at Capital Results and provided government affairs outreach at Altria Client Services. They earned a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the College of Charleston.
