Henrik Hansen

Henrik Hansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation, benefits, and global rewards management. Currently serving as Head of Global Rewards at Ørsted since August 2014, Henrik leads initiatives related to global rewards strategy, executive remuneration, and performance management. Henrik's career began at Arthur Andersen & Co., where roles included Auditor and HR Manager from August 1987 to July 2002, culminating in a managerial position.
