Ida Krabek

Ida Krabek is a seasoned professional in sustainability and governance, currently serving as a Member of the Women Climate Leaders Network at the European Investment Bank since February 2024. Ida has been a Member of the Board of Advisors at the Technical University of Denmark's Centre for Absolute Sustainability since June 2022 and is the Senior Director and Head of Global Sustainability at Ørsted, where responsibilities have included leading Sustainability Strategy & Programmes and overseeing Group Environment. Prior experience includes serving as a Board Member at the UN Global Compact Network Denmark from April 2022 to April 2024, along with multiple roles at DONG Energy, including Senior Sustainability Advisor. Ida's career began with significant positions at the Permanent Mission of Denmark to the UN in New York and various advisory and assistant roles in Danish government and consulting. Ida holds multiple degrees in Political Science and Global Governance from the University of Copenhagen and UCL.
