Jake Tully is an experienced HV Substation Engineer with a background in high voltage systems and project management. They held the position of Senior Authorised Person (SAP) at National Grid from 2010 to 2018, where they oversaw risk assessments and safety documentation in a transmission substation environment. Jake additionally worked at Ørsted as an Offshore Substation SAP, contributing to the HV commissioning team for the Borkum Riffgrund 2 Wind Farm, and they are currently working with Ørsted again in a similar role. They also gained experience as a 400kV Senior Authorised Person and Project Manager at Hitachi Energy in 2022.
