James Greenhalgh is currently the Head of Global Compliance and Reliability at Ørsted, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served in various roles at National Grid, including Construction Project Director and several engineering and management positions. They also worked as a Senior Policy Advisor for Energy Security at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy from 2021 to 2022. James holds a BEng Hons in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, which they completed in 2000.
