Janek Saunders

Janek Saunders is currently the Director and Head of People Strategy at Ørsted, where they focus on strategic project management and organizational development within the renewables industry. They have a diverse background in financial analysis, having interned at Electronic Arts and Amazon, and served as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Janek's educational journey includes a Master’s in Social Innovation from the University of Cambridge, an exchange semester at HEC Paris, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from UBC Sauder School of Business. With a strong commitment to sustainability and social impact, Janek actively engages in initiatives that promote positive change.
