Jay Lee

Jay Lee is a seasoned professional in contract management and construction engineering, currently serving as a Senior Contract Manager at Ørsted since November 2023. Previously, Jay held the position of Contract Manager at JUM-BO Consulting Group from June 2020 to October 2023 and served as a Contract Administrator at 阿爾斯通運輸 between September 2018 and June 2020. Early experience includes working as a Construction Management Engineer at T.Y. Lin International and as a Contract Assistant Engineer at American International Contractors, Inc., where involvement included project control management and contract dispute research. Jay started in the field as an Engineering Intern at Ruentex Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. Additionally, Jay holds a Master of Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from National Taiwan University, earned between 2008 and 2014.
