JC Chao is a dedicated professional in the wind energy industry with over 20 years of experience, beginning as a turbine technician and advancing through various technical, operational, and leadership roles. With a background in electrical engineering, JC currently serves as the Head of Offshore Operations at Ørsted Taiwan, overseeing the operation of nearly 1GW of offshore wind capacity. Previously, JC held roles such as HV Transmission System Manager and Site Supervisor, where they contributed significantly to the construction and operation of offshore wind farms in Taiwan.
