Joanne Metcalf

Joanne Metcalf is an Offshore Site Manager at Ørsted, a position held since 2022. Employed since 2018, Joanne's diverse career encompasses roles in various projects, including Offshore Support for Racebank, Hornsea 1, and the BSW project in the Netherlands. Joanne was promoted to Offshore Operations Manager for HOW02 and currently oversees both Borkrum 03 and Godewind 03 projects in Germany. With significant expertise in planning, logistics, and problem-solving, Joanne thrives in fast-changing environments. Prior to their time at Ørsted, Joanne worked as a Database Administrator at Savings Advice Limited from 2004 to 2015.
