Jørgen Madsen

Jørgen Madsen is a Senior Information Management Specialist at Ørsted since February 2023, with extensive experience in information resource management and library automation. Prior to Ørsted, Jørgen served as a Senior Information Resource Scientist at Novo Nordisk, contributing to the development of personalized information streams and managing various information systems. Jørgen's career began at The Royal Library, where responsibilities included managing library automation software and overseeing external libraries. Notably, Jørgen held leadership roles at Ex Libris, where responsibilities encompassed managing RFP processes, conducting product demonstrations, and overseeing product development for library automation software. Jørgen holds a Librarian DB degree in Library and Information Science from The Royal School of Library and Information Science.
