Jort Rupert currently serves as a Lead Structured Originator at Ørsted, having transitioned from a Senior Structured Originator role within the same company since June 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Shell from April 2015 to May 2022, where Jort held various commercial positions including Senior PPA Manager and Power Originator, in addition to roles as a Gas & LNG Market Analyst and Business Advisor for NoordzeeWind. Jort co-founded Spark Strategy Consulting and has also contributed to projects at Nissan Motor Corporation and the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences. Jort’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Energy Science from Utrecht University and participation in the Climate-KIC summer school focused on Sustainable Entrepreneurship at Technische Universität Berlin.
