José Leonardo is a dynamic Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in high-performing organizations. Currently, as Head of Capability Building at Ørsted, José leads global learning and development strategies for 400 FTEs, focusing on virtual knowledge sharing and training. Previously, they served as Director at Leadership Pipeline Institute, where they were accountable for developing the Specialist Pipeline and facilitating leadership transition programs. José also held various HR roles at DONG Energy and A.P. Møller - Mærsk, delivering impactful talent programs and optimizing HR processes.
