Karina Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and analytics across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Project Manager at Ørsted since October 2021, Karina has previously held roles such as Analytics Consultant at The Institute of Clever Stuff, where Karina led initiatives for global organizations, and Project Consultant at Tate & Lyle, focusing on business operations improvement. As the Founder of GroHappy, Karina developed a digital career product for professional services and tech firms. Earlier career highlights include positions at Jaguar Land Rover and EY, where Karina contributed to innovation and strategy in the energy sector. Karina holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management from The University of Manchester and is currently pursuing an MSc at the Technical University of Denmark.
