Katherine Davies

Katherine Davies is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Advisor at Ørsted since April 2022, Katherine has previously held roles as Regulatory Lead at Pure Planet and OVO Energy. Other notable positions include Executive at Hanbury Strategy and Account Executive in Public Affairs at Grayling. Katherine's early career involved research and analytical roles, including an internship at EEF where contributions included a position paper on biomass and involvement with Westminster decision-makers. Katherine holds a Master’s Degree in Nature, Society and Environmental Governance and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, both from the University of Oxford, alongside a background in high school education from Kingswood School and Royal High School, Bath.
