Keith Lynch has extensive experience in offshore wind project development, currently working with Ørsted since September 2011. Prior to this role, Keith served as a Project Manager at CEL International Ltd, part of WSP Group, from August 2008 to August 2010. Between 2002 and 2008, Keith operated as a self-employed Project Engineer, offering independent expertise in building services, mechanical utilities, and project management for clients in the pharmaceutical, commercial, and healthcare sectors. Additional experience includes contract work as a Project Engineer at Eli Lilly from 2002 to 2006, as well as project engineering roles at JV Tierney Consulting Engineers and Mott MacDonald from 1999 to 2002. Keith holds a BSc in Building Services Engineering from Technological University Dublin and an MSc in Energy Technology (Wind Power Project Management) from Uppsala University.
