Kim Ganshorn is an experienced leader in the offshore wind industry, currently serving as Project Director at Ørsted. With a strong technical background, Kim has held various roles including Senior Project Manager for HVDC transmission initiatives and Project Manager for major offshore substation projects. Previously, Kim worked at DONG Energy and Vattenfall Wind Power A/S, contributing to significant offshore projects such as Hornsea and Borkum Riffgrund. Kim earned a Master's degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from Aalborg Universitet.
