Klaus Rønde

Klaus Rønde is a passionate QHSE leader within the renewables industry, currently serving as the QHSE Lead Risk Specialist at Ørsted. They previously held the position of Health, Safety, and Environment Director for Vestas' global Service business, overseeing a team of 15,000 and driving safety and environmental initiatives. With over eight years of experience at Vestas, Klaus managed sustainability efforts, audits, and global management systems, while also chairing an innovative project on recyclable materials for wind energy. Klaus's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Environment from the Technical University of Denmark and various certifications in risk management and auditing.
