Laila Winther

Laila Winther is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service transition and project management. Currently serving as a Senior IT Service Transition Manager at Ørsted since June 2017, Laila has previously held significant roles at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, including Service Transition & Integration Manager and Service Introduction & Service Level Manager. Additional experience includes positions at Logica (now CGI) as an IT Project Manager and Application Manager, as well as a consultancy role at Post Danmark IT as a Process Consultant. Laila's early career involved various project coordination and consulting positions across several companies, starting with Sonofon, where Laila worked as a Loyalty Coordinator and Customer Service Consultant. Laila holds a Master’s degree in Languages and International Relations from Aalborg University, with a specialization in International Mergers and Acquisitions.
