Lars Nørmark Toft is a Module Technical Manager at Ørsted, where they have worked for 10 years, focusing on complex projects in Thermal Power, Exploration & Production, and Wind Power. Lars began their career as an HSE Manager in Thermal Power and later served as a QHSE Manager at the Mongstad CHP Plant, enhancing health and safety strategies.
