Lars Retz has a diverse background in project management and academia, with extensive experience in technology and work development. Lars commenced a career at the University of Copenhagen from August 1982 to February 1985 as an Assistant Professor, focusing on technology development and national technology policies. Afterward, Lars held various roles in IT project delivery at DONG Energy and Ørsted, serving as Senior Project Manager from November 2017 to the present. Lars also worked at SDC from June 1986 to January 1996, where responsibilities included project management, departmental leadership, and IT procurement. Additionally, strategic project management experience was gained at Danske Bank from January 2001 to February 2009. Lars holds a Master’s Degree from Københavns Universitet, achieved between 1973 and 1982, in history, technology and work-life development, as well as English language and literature.
