Mads Pallesen

Mads Pallesen is a seasoned professional in risk management, currently serving as the Head of Group Revenue Risk and Senior Director at Ørsted. With extensive experience, they held prominent positions such as Chief Risk Officer at Sampension and Senior Vice President at Danske Bank, where they were the Chief Risk Officer of the Danica Group. Mads began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Denmark and has since developed expertise through roles in various financial institutions, including as a Statistician at LEO Pharma and an Actuary at Nordea. They have also contributed to academia as a faculty member at Copenhagen Business School, engaging in board education from 2017 to 2023.
