Maggie Hung is a dual qualified lawyer in Taiwan and New York State. Prior to joining Ørsted as Senior Legal Counsel in 2024, Maggie practiced as an associate at KPMG Law from 2016 to 2019, where their focus included M&A, cross-border transactions, and capital markets. Maggie was instrumental in the 2016 overhaul of Taiwan's Company Act, commissioned by the government. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Law from 國立政治大學 and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Maggie practices fluently in both Mandarin and English.
