Marta Bartol

Marta Bartol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Ørsted since July 2023. Prior to this role, Marta worked at RTB House from March 2020 to June 2023, first as a Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, where responsibilities included building reports and enhancing data analysis tools, followed by a position as a Senior Talent Acquisition Data Analyst, focusing on automation and report generation. Marta's earlier experience includes critical roles at Mercer Polska, where project management of remuneration surveys was a key focus, and various analytical and coordination positions at P&A Credit Agency and Grupo Redes de Venta Proactiva, among others. Marta holds a master's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw and pursued further education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
