Martin Knudsen

Martin Knudsen serves as the Lead Information Security Officer at Ørsted since August 2017, focusing on industrial security for energy assets and security risk, strategy, and architecture. Martin's role involves enhancing secure green energy initiatives and participating in sector collaboration led by the World Economic Forum. Previously, Martin held the position of Digitalisation Manager at Ørsted, driving digital transformation and governance in line with the company's strategic goals. Prior experience includes managerial and consultancy roles at Zylinc, where Martin implemented ITIL-based operational models and quality assurance measures, as well as positions at IntraVision and Atomistix A/S related to support, quality assurance, and scientific software. Martin holds a Master of Science degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Copenhagen, along with a solid foundation from earlier educational institutions.
