Marzena Sękul

Marzena Sękul has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People Infrastructure Continental Europe and Director at Ørsted since February 2012. Previously, Marzena held various HR leadership positions within Ørsted, including Senior Manager roles for People & Development in Poland and New Markets Europe. Prior experience includes working as an HR Assistant at PwC, focusing on the Learning and Development Department, and serving as a Junior HR Specialist at Essilor. Marzena began the HR career as an HR Graduate at Eaton and gained initial experience as an Internship Trainee at the European Parliament. Marzena's educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Kozminski University, a Master's degree in HR Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach, and postgraduate studies in EU Monetary Union. Marzena completed a Bachelor's degree in International Relations at Uniwersytet Bielsko-Bialski.
