Matej Simurda is a Lead Numerical Specialist at Ørsted, bringing over a decade of experience in acoustics, numerical methods, and computational modelling. They hold a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematical Modelling and have previous roles as an Industrial PhD student and Research Engineer at Siemens A/S Flow Instruments. Additionally, Matej has taught fitness as a Les Mills Instructor and earned degrees in Mechatronics and Mechanical Engineering, graduating with honours from both programs.
