Matthew Johnson is the Head of GIS at Ørsted, leading geospatial strategy in offshore wind to enable business value through data. Previously, they served as a GIS Specialist and GIS Consultant at Ørsted, providing critical geospatial support for various offshore wind projects. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Geospatial Analyst at the UK Ministry of Defence and as a Geographic Technician with the British Army, where they supported military operations in various regions. Matthew earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Geographic Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University.
