Mette Larsen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in scope and integration, human resources, and banking. Currently serving as a Senior Scope and Integration Specialist at Ørsted since May 2021, Mette has also held the position of HR Business Partner and Management Assistant at DONG Energy since December 2011. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Nordea Private Banking, where Mette worked as Head of Nordic Private Banking Academy, Programme Manager, HRD Consultant, and Account Manager in the Corporate Division. Mette holds a degree in Economics (HD) from Copenhagen Business School and also attended Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Early education was completed at Kalundborg Gymnasium.
