Michael Mikkelsen

Michael Mikkelsen holds extensive experience in radio communications and SCADA systems, currently serving as the Head of Radio Communications and Manager SCADA Radio at Ørsted since July 2015. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Senior SCADA Communication Engineer and SCADA Communication Engineer at Datamatik AS, and as a Senior Deployment Engineer at Zonith A/S. Michael's background includes project management and service engineering in digital communications and electronics, notably at Furuno Denmark A/S, where responsibilities included managing projects and providing service on various systems. Michael's career began in the Royal Danish Navy, where time was spent in various roles, including Electronics Manager and technician, following education at the Royal Danish Navy Technical School.
