Michael Olsen has extensive experience in the construction and cement industries, having held significant leadership roles in various companies. At C.G.Jensen (Skanska), Michael served as Store Manager, overseeing the setup of a logistics organization with over 200 employees for projects in Tanzania. As Managing Director of FLSmidth Kenya Ltd., Michael established the company and focused on East Africa. Currently, Michael holds the position of Head of Foundation Fabrication Management at Ørsted. Michael's background includes roles such as Site Manager and General Manager in different regions, where Michael successfully completed complex projects on time and to high safety and quality standards. Michael’s educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aarhus Universitet, an Executive Master of Business Administration from Olin Business School, and a Master’s Degree in Subsea Engineering from Cranfield University.
