Michael Randrup

Michael Randrup is a seasoned professional in compliance and risk management with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Specialist and Attorney-at-Law in Internal Audit at Ørsted since June 2018, Randrup has also held significant positions such as Nordic Head of Compliance at Gjensidige Forsikring and Regional Insurance Risk Director at Codan Trygg-Hansa Group. Additionally, Randrup has played a vital role in governance as Bestyrelsesformand for the Fonden til drift af Nordsjællands Veterantog and has served as a director at NSJV Ejendomme.
